[{"type":"text","content":"\n Transense Technologies PLC\n16 November 2007\n\n Transense Technologies plc\n ('Transense' or the 'Company')\n\n\n\n Results of the General Meeting held on 16 November 2007\n\n\n\n\n\nFurther to the Company's announcement on 15 November 2007, the Company reports\nthat the motion to adjourn the meeting proposed by the Board was not carried and\nas a consequence, the resolution to, inter alia, approve the acquisition of\nBishop Technology Group Limited (the 'Resolution') was proposed to the General\nMeeting and voted on. The Company reports that the Resolution was voted down on\na poll. The results of the poll were 13,897,095 Ordinary Shares in favour of the\nResolution and 18,432,290 Ordinary Shares against.
