[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n\n\n\n\nTRANSENSE TECHNOLOGIES PLC (\"the Company\")\n\nRESULT OF AGM AND BOARD CHANGE\n\n30 June 2010\n\nAt the Annual General Meeting held earlier today resolutions 1,2,4 and 5 were\npassed.\n\nIn respect of resolution 3, the Company announces that Melvyn Segal, who by\nrotation retired from the board at the AGM earlier today, decided not to offer\nhimself for re-election.\n\nMelvyn, who joined the Board in December 2007, stepped down from his executive\nposition as Finance Director in January this year, to become a non executive\ndirector.
