The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange on 22 December 2017 (\"Admission\"). \n \nThe new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. Following Admission, the Company's total issued share capital will comprise 9,548,948 Ordinary Shares.
