The Options can be exercised from the third anniversary of grant until the tenth anniversary of grant (the \"Exercise Period\") and provided that share price targets are met as follows:\n \n \n \n \n \n i) \n two thirds of the Options can be exercised if during the Exercise Period the daily closing price of Ordinary Shares has exceeded £1.50 for 10 consecutive business days; and\n \n \n \n \n \n ii) \n one third of the Options can be exercised on a pro rata basis according to the highest daily closing price of Ordinary Shares between £1.50 and £2.00 for 10 consecutive business days during the Exercise Period (and therefore all these Options can be exercised if the £2.00 share price target is met and none can be exercised if the share price does not exceed £1.50 for 10 consecutive days). \n \n \n \n \n \n Following the above grant of Options, the total number of options outstanding over unissued Ordinary Shares is 1,464,000, representing approximately 8.9 per cent. of the Company's i...
