[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9323S Transense Technologies PLC 14 March 2019 \n\nTransense Technologies plc\n(\"Transense\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nEIS Advance Assurance and Total Voting Rights \nTransense Technologies plc, the provider of sensor systems for the industrial, mining and transportation markets, announces that further to its announcement of the Placing on 13 March 2019 (the \"Placing Announcement\"), the Company has now received the HMRC EIS Advance Assurance.\nAs a result, application has been made for the 1,847,331 Second Tranche Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Subject to the First Admission (expected on 19 March 2019), it is anticipated that admission of the Second Tranche Shares is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 20 March 2019 (\"Second Admission\").\nFollowing Second Admission, and assuming First Admission on 19 March 2019, the Company's issued share capital will comprise of 14,433,901 Ordinary Shares and 9,548,948 deferred shares of 40 pence each. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 14,433,901.
