Issue of share options
On 15 March 2000 15,000 ordinary shares in Transense Technologies
('Transense') were granted at £12 each to a new senior employee of the
company.
On 16 March 2000, following the release of the company's preliminary results,
under a previously agreed scheme, 347,000 share options in Transense were
granted at £14.10. Of these 150,000 were granted to J A H Perry, chief
executive, and 100,000 to Graham Eves, commercial director. These options are
subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria.
