[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6160G Transense Technologies PLC 10 June 2013 \n \n\nTransense Technologies PLC\n \n10 June 2013\n \nCompletion of First Placing and Exercise of Warrants\n \n \nFurther to the announcement on 7 June 2013, Transense Technologies plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that the First Stage Placing will become wholly unconditional following the admission of 26,576,630 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM at 0800 this morning.\n \nFollowing completion of the First Stage Placing, the Company's issued share capital will be 227,869,203 Ordinary Shares, representing 227,869,203 voting rights in the Company.
