[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9020I Transense Technologies PLC 13 August 2019 \n\nTransense Technologies plc\n(\"Transense\" or the \"Company\")\n \nAward of Options\nTransense Technologies plc, the provider of sensor systems for the industrial, mining and transportation markets, announces that it has today issued options over 780,000 ordinary shares (the \"Options\"), under the Transense 2019 Enterprise Management Incentive Option Scheme (the \"Scheme\"), to Graham Storey, David Ford and Melvyn Segal, the Company's Executive Directors. \nThe Options provide the right to subscribe for 780,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") at an exercise price of £0.75 per Ordinary Share subject to the Company's share price reaching £2.00 and first vesting two years after grant.
