[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 9785Q\n Transense Technologies PLC\n 02 November 2021\n \n \n \n \n Transense Technologies plc \n \n \n (\"Transense\", or \"the Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n AGM Attendance\n \n \n & Investor Presentation\n \n \n \n \n \n Transense Technologies plc, the provider of specialist sensor systems, today updates on arrangements for attendance at its Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\"), to be held on 23 November 2021 at Midday at 1 Landscape Close, Weston on the Green, Oxfordshire, OX25 3SX.\n \n \n \n \n \n Shareholder attendance in person is expected to be limited, particularly given the interactive presentation being given via the Investor Meet Company platform at 2pm on the day of the AGM. There have however been a small number of requests to attend the meeting.\n \n \n \n \n \n In order to manage space limitations and COVID protocols, shareholders wishing to attend the AGM should pre-register with Walbrook PR, up to 48 hours prior, by emailing \n \n \n [email protected]\n \n \n or calling 020 7933 8780. \n \n \n \n \n \n Shareholders wishing to attend the AGM should bring evidence of a negative lateral flow test taken within 24 hours of the meeting.\n \n \n \n \n \n Requests have been received for a tour of the Weston on the Green site. The Board is keen to arrange a site visit in the New Year however will not be able to undertake the tour to coincide with the AGM.
