The purchase price was $4.7 million and is subject to certain customary holdback provisions.\n\nFounded in 2000 and headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, Alliance provides calibrations of precision measurement and control instrumentation to customers in the life science, chemical, aerospace and general industrial markets.
