Ms. Dominach brings more than 32 years of experience and expertise in financial strategy, risk management and treasury, as well as over ten years of experience participating on a variety of public and non-for-profit boards. She is currently the Senior Vice President & Treasurer at Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ), a leading international producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits.\n\n\n“Sandy is a seasoned strategic business leader, with particular expertise in capital structure management, risk management, corporate compliance and shared service,\" said Charles P.
