(Nasdaq: TRNS) (“Transcat” or the “Company”), a leading provider of accredited calibration services, enterprise asset management services, and value-added distributor of professional grade handheld test, measurement and control instrumentation, today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market conditions, shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Transcat. Transcat also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock offered in the public offering.
