[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nLOWNA, BC, Feb. 28 /CNW/ - A.O.G. Air Support Inc (the \"Company\")\n(TSXV: ASP) is providing this update in accordance with CSA Staff Notice\n57-301. Certain management and other insiders are currently subject to a cease\ntrade order issued by the BCSC. This CTO results from the delay in filing the\naudited financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2005.\nThe Company was unable to meet its deadline due to unforeseen extra work\nthat the Company auditor was asked to complete during their audit. This arose\ndue to the recent departure of the Company's Chief Financial Officer. The\nCompany expects to file the Audited Financial Statements on or before March\n14, 2006.\nPursuant to the terms of the requested order, should the Company fail to\nfile its financial statements on or before March 31, 2006, the BC Securities\nCommission and other securities commissions or regulators may then impose an\nIssuer Cease Trade Order that all trading in securities of the Company cease\nfor a specified period.\nThe Company will issue a Default Status Report on a bi-weekly basis for\nas long as it remains subject to the Management Cease Trade Order.
