Air Support Inc., a leading provider\nof aerospace safety and performance modifications, today announced that Mr.\nDave Barron will assume the position of President and that Gerald A. Stevenson\nwill assume his new role as Chief Financial Officer within the organization\neffective immediately.\nMr. Barron has held the position of CEO since 1997 and stepped down in\nhis role as President to bring on Mr. Doug Kobayashi as President from October\n2005 to Feb 14, 2006. Mr. Kobayashi joined our firm in January 2005 and\nimplemented the Strategic Plan for the company while he worked in the capacity\nof Director of Business Development until he was appointed President in\nOctober 2005. It is of great regret that as of February 14, 2006 the company\nannounces that Doug has resigned as President and as a Director on the Board\nand has moved on to future endeavors.\nMr. Dave Barron will step back into the role of President and CEO for the\ncorporation. Dave is our founding President and brings stability to the\ncorporation with his strong leadership and guidance to management and strives\nto ensure that the company is governed to the highest independent standards.\nDave leads our design team and was the founder and originating Patent holder\nof the \"Baron Stol\" which named after him brings both safety and performance\nto the Beaver and Otter aircraft.\nGerald is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of\nIllinois as well as a C.A., which is the Institute of Chartered Accountants of\nBritish Columbia. He brings a vast number of years of experience in public\ncompanies both in Canada and the USA. He has worked both as a Controller,\nChief financial Officer as well as Group Accountant. Gerald brings along his\nexperience in coordinating efforts of foreign subsidiary and joint venture\naccountants as well as extensive experience in preparing budgets, forecasts,\ncash flows and related management reports required by managing directors. He\nhas prepared financial information for prospectuses and stock exchange listing\napplications. Reporting directly to the President Mr. Dave Barron, Gerald will\nbe responsible for all aspects of the company's financial planning, accounting\nand reporting.
