Air Support Inc (the \"Company\")\n(TSXV: ASP) wishes to advise that it is in default of filing its annual\nAudited Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2005 which\nwere to have been filed on or before January 30, 2006 pursuant to relevant\nsecurities laws.\nDave Barron, Chief Executive Officer of A.O.G. Air Support Inc advises\nthat the Company was unable to meet its deadline due to unforeseen extra work\nthat the company Auditors were asked to complete during their annual audit.\nThis arose due to the recent departure of the Company's Chief Financial\nOfficer. The Company expects to file the Audited Financial Statements on or\nbefore February 17, 2006.\nThe Company requested that the BC Securities Commission impose a\nManagement Cease Trade Order, pursuant to CSA Staff Notice 57-301. Such order\nwill place restrictions on the trading of the Company's securities by certain\npersons who have been directors, officers or insiders of the Company since the\nCompany's most recent financial statements were filed in accordance with\nprescribed filing requirements.\nPursuant to the terms of the requested order, should the Company fail to\nfile its financial statements on or before March 31, 2006, the BC Securities\nCommission and other securities commissions or regulators may then impose an\nIssuer Cease Trade Order that all trading in securities of the Company cease\nfor a specified period.\nThe Company will issue a Default Status Report on a bi-weekly basis for\nas long as it remains subject to the Management Cease Trade Order.
