Result of General Meeting
Trainline plc announced that shareholders overwhelmingly approved a resolution at their General Meeting, with 96.17% of votes cast in favour. This approval grants the company authority to continue its £150 million share buyback programme, of which £100 million remains outstanding, providing the Board with necessary financial flexibility.
