The web cast\nwill be archived for 90 days.\nThe main topic of the conference call will be the statistical approach\nthat will be used to analyze the results of the Itopride Phase III pivotal\ntrials.\nAxcan also wishes to reiterate the Company is on track to meet the\ntimeline that was announced on August 11, 2005 with the planned filing of a\nNew Drug Application for Itopride with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration\nin the summer of 2006. As also announced in August of 2005, overall results of\nthe International Phase III clinical trial will be disclosed during the first\nhalf of calendar 2006, followed shortly by the North American Phase III trial.\nDetails from the International study will be submitted to a major\ngastroenterology and scientific conference following the announcement of the\nInternational study results.
