Postponement of posting of Circular

On 27 March 2024 the Company announced that it intended to post a circular to shareholders regarding a share reorganisation on or before 31 May 2024 (the "Circular"). On 29 May 2024 the Company announced that it was in preliminary discussions regarding a potential reverse takeover and that its shares were being suspended from trading on AIM until either the publication of an admission document setting out, inter alia, details of the proposed transaction or until confirmation is given that these discussions have ceased. As a result of the potential reverse takeover transaction, the Company wishes to inform shareholders that the posting of the Circular has been postponed. Shareholders should be aware that as set out in the announcement of 29 May 2024, discussions regarding the potential reverse takeover are at a preliminary stage and there can be no certainty at this time that the proposed transaction will proceed.
