[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n17 May 2012\n\n Trafalgar New Homes PLC\n\n (The \"Company\")\n\n Completion of Sale of Properties and Other Matters\n\nCompletion of Sale of Properties\n\nFurther to the Company's circular dated 9 February 2012 (the \"Circular\") and the Company's general meeting held\non 27 February 2012, the directors of Trafalgar New Homes PLC announce that the Company has completed the\ndisposal of the properties described in the Circular.\n\nAppointment of Non-Executive Chairman\n\nThe Company also announces that James Dubois has today been appointed to the Board as independent Non-Executive\nChairman. Mr Dubois is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has recently resigned as the\nManaging Partner of Body Dubois, a firm of Chartered Accountants to which he remains a Consultant. He was\nChairman of Honeygrove Group Plc, a residential house builder which was quoted on AIM, until it was taken-over.\nAfter more than twenty years in the role, he retired in December 2011 as a Non-Executive Director of Swarovski\nUK Ltd, the UK distributor of high quality branded Austrian glass products.
