He began his career at NatWest Bank before transitioning into property management, where he co-founded his own agency, Astute Estates Ltd. He specialises in strategic investment opportunities, with a proven track record in property development, rental, and asset turnaround.\n \nPaul's keen eye for potential and strategic investment opportunities led to the development, rental and sale of numerous properties and his portfolio boasts successful turnarounds of distressed assets.\n \nPaul Elliot commented: \"I am delighted to be joining the Board of Trafalgar.
