[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1559N Tracsis PLC 24 July 2014 \n \n\n \nTracsis plc\n(\"Tracsis\" or the \"Group\")\n \nNorth American Pilot\n \nTracsis plc, a leading provider of software and technology led products and services for the transportation industry, is pleased to announce that following a successful initial period, the North American pilot has now been extended to cover a further six sites in the United States. \n \nThe initial pilot, which commenced in November 2013, was for potential adoption of the Group's Remote Condition Monitoring technology and associated software by a major North American Class 1 Railroad. This covered five individual sites within the United States where Tracsis hardware and software would be installed and tested over a number of months. As with the original pilot, due to commercial sensitivities the contract value of the additional work will remain undisclosed. \n \nJohn McArthur, Chief Executive Officer, commented: \n\"The extension of this pilot to a further six sites is a very positive endorsement of the Tracsis offering and a logical next step as our client gains confidence in the technology and the benefits it provides.
