[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9306R Tracsis PLC 01 November 2013 \n \n\n \nTracsis plc\n(\"Tracsis\" or the \"Company\")\nDirectorate change and grant of options\nTracsis plc, a leading provider of software and technology led products and services for the transportation industry is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Lippell as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.\nCharles Sean Lippell, aged 63, has more than 35 years' experience as a corporate lawyer and was formerly a partner and LLP Member with Addleshaw Goddard, a post which he held for 13 years, five of which were as Managing Partner within their corporate division.\nSean is currently a director of Acceleris Marketing Communications Limited and Protean Coaching Limited and was previously a director of A G Secretarial Limited and Inhoco Formation Limited. \nSean has today been granted 50,000 share options over Tracsis shares with an exercise price of 185p. The options will vest in equal 3 month intervals over a period of 36 months from date of grant and once vested are exercisable at any time for a period of 10 years from the date of grant whilst Sean remains a Director of Tracsis. \nJohn McArthur, Chief Executive Officer, commented:\n\"We are delighted to welcome Sean as a Non-Executive Director.
