Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that in accordance with the authority given to the Company by its shareholders and pursuant to the share repurchase programme announced on 3 November 2022, it purchased for cancellation through Liberum Capital Limited, the following ordinary shares:

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:	28,809
Trading venue:	London Stock Exchange
Lowest price paid per share (p):	167.0p
Highest price paid per share (p):	167.0p
Average price paid per share (p):	167.0p

 

Following cancellation of the above shares repurchased, the Company will have 48,455,599 ordinary shares in issue. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
