[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0465S Tower Resources PLC 14 March 2016 \n\n14 March 2016\n \nTower Resources plc\n Posting of Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and \nProposed Share Capital Reorganisation\n \nTower Resources plc (the \"Company\" or \"Tower\" (TRP.L, TRP LN)), the AIM-listed Africa-focussed oil and gas exploration company, announces that its Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 together with Notice of AGM and a circular relating to the Proposed Share Capital Reorganisation has been posted to shareholders. \nThe AGM is convened to be held at the offices of Peel Hunt LLP, Moor House, 120 London Wall, London EC2Y 5ET on Wednesday 6 April 2014 at 2:30pm.\nAs previously announced in the Preliminary Results to 31 December 2015 on 7 March 2015, at the AGM the Company intends to propose to restructure and consolidate the Company's shares such that for each 250 shares currently held shareholders will receive one new share.
