[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 9426A\n Tower Resources PLC\n 07 June 2021\n \n \n \n \n 7 June 2021\n \n \n Tower Resources plc\n \n \n Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting\n \n \n Tower Resources plc (the \"Company\" or \"Tower\" (TRP.L, TRP LN)), the AIM listed oil and gas company with its focus on Africa, \n announces that its Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\"), will shortly be made available on the Company's website at \n \n www.towerresources.co.uk\n \n \n and will be posted to those shareholders requiring a hard copy today.\n \n \n \n The Company's AGM will be held at 14:00 on 30 June 2021 at the Royal Society of Arts, 8 John Adam Street, London WC2N 6EZ. The Company currently intends to hold an open meeting where shareholders can attend in person however given the constantly evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and risk that government restrictions may remain in force at the time of the AGM, there is a chance that attendance may need to be restricted in terms of numbers at a later date.
