[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7085T Tower Resources PLC 31 March 2016 \n\n31 March 2016\n \nTower Resources plc\nDirector Share Transfer\n \nTower Resources plc (the \"Company\" or \"Tower\" (TRP.L, TRP LN)), the AIM-listed Africa-focussed oil and gas exploration company, announces the following Director share transfer.\nOn 30 March 2016, the Company was notified by Mr P Swatman, a non-Executive Director of the Company, that on that day his family company, Raigersfield Capital Limited (\"Raigersfield\") acquired from him 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company which he had previously held in his own name, at a price of 0.06 pence per share. Mr Swatman and his wife own 52% of the issued share capital of Raigersfield, with the remaining 48% being owned by their adult children.
