[{"type":"text","content":"Tower Resources Commences 2017 Exploration Program at Nechako Gold Project(via TheNewswire)\n\n \nVancouver, B.C. / TheNewswire / June 6, 2017 - Tower Resources Ltd. (\"Tower\" or the \"Company\") has commenced exploration at its Nechako Gold Property in the Blackwater Gold district, central British Columbia. The road accessible Nechako Gold Property is approximately 30 kilometers northeast of New Gold Inc.'s significant Blackwater development project. Blackwater contains a proven and probable total mineral reserve of 8.2 million ounces of gold and 60.8 million ounces of silver (source: www.newgold.com). \n\n\n \nThe 2017 exploration program is designed to follow-up on results from the highly successful 2016 till survey (see Tower's News Release dated January 18, 2017), which delineated a 3.5 kilometers long by 2 kilometer wide gold grain anomaly defined by high gold grain counts (up to 268 grains per sample). The gold-in-till target area is broadly coincident with an airborne geophysical signature analogous to that of the Blackwater deposit. Additionally, broad zones of highly anomalous gold in altered volcanics were reported by a previous operator in 2013 diamond drilling collared at the periphery of the gold source target area. \n\n\n \nThe exploration program commences with ground geophysical crews mobilizing to site to undertake 24 line-kilometers of Induced Polarization and Ground Magnetics surveys over the head of the dispersion train and coincident geochemical and geophysical anomalies. Survey results will be interpreted and compiled with historic and recent data to further refine gold target areas. Follow-up shallow, top-of-bedrock Reverse-Circulation (RC) drilling is planned for fall of 2017 to test for mineralization below shallow till cover. Diamond drilling will be completed subsequent to the RC drill program, testing to depth gold targets as outlined by RC results.\n\n \n \nSome technical information contained in this release is historical in nature and has been compiled from sources believed to be accurate. This technical information has not been verified by Tower and may in some instances be unverifiable dependent on the existence of all historical grab and trench samples and drill core. Management also cautions that mineral resources on nearby properties are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be ...
