Real Estate Contract for Sale of Five Surface Parking Lots

On September 14, 2012, Tower Properties Company entered into a real estate contract to sell five surface parking lots (600 Baltimore, 700 Baltimore, 600 Main, 601 Main and 102 E. 8^th Street) in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.  The total sales price is $7,200,000.  The sale is expected to close in 2012.
