Debt Financing Modification

On November 18, 2011, Tower Properties Company signed a loan modification associated with the $7,100,000 of financing that originated on September 5, 2008 for the three Corinth office buildings in Prairie Village, Kansas at 4121 W. 83rd Street (Corinth Executive Building), 8340 Mission Road (Corinth Office Building), and 4200 Somerset Drive (Somerset Building).  The loan is a 10-year limited recourse loan (25 year amortization) that matures on September 1, 2018 and has a current outstanding balance of $6,701,000.  The loan modification reduces the interest rate on this loan from 6.6% to 4.95% for the remaining term of the loan.
