KELOWNA, BC and EDMONTON, AB, May 31, 2012 /CNW/ - TOTAL TELCOM INC. (TSX Venture: TTZ) announces that on May 24, 2012 the TSX Venture Exchange advised that the shares of the Corporation will be reclassified from Tier 1 to Tier 2 based on the Continued Listing Requirements as described in Policy 2.5.
