ROM has implemented a Global flat rate service of $29.99/month for 100\n messages and $.27 for each additional message. Text Anywhere can\n receive a text message from a cellular phone anywhere in Canada or the\n United States to anywhere in the world at the same flat rate with NO\n International charges.\n\n\nText Anywhere was recently introduced at the International Fisheries\n Observer and Monitoring Conference(IFOMC) in Vina del Mar, Chile.
