KELOWNA, BC, Jan. 5, 2015 /CNW/ - TOTAL TELCOM INC. (TSX Venture: TTZ) announced today its wholly owned subsidiary ROM Communications Inc. has reached a settlement with CLEAN HARBORS ENERGY AND INDUSTRIAL SERVICES CORP., FORMERLY OPERATING AS EVEREADY ENERGY SERVICES CORP. The settlement ends the claim and counterclaim initiated December 2010 by ROM. The terms of the settlement are confidential unless disclosure is required by law or is reasonably required to be made to legal or financial advisors.
Company CEO, Neil Magrath, stated "We have endured 4 years of distraction and the associated financial burden of litigation. This much welcomed settlement will allow the Corporation to focus on expanding ROMTraX and TextAnywhere sales to new markets and geographical locations."
