(TSX Venture: TTZ) wishes to provide clarification to its News Release dated November 5,\n 2010 at the request of the Exchange. The company did not fully comply\n with Exchange policy 3.2 which would have required the company to file\n a form with the Exchange in advance of the record date whereby the\n Exchange then issues a Dividend Declaration bulletin. No Exchange\n bulletin was issued.\n\n\nAnyone who purchased shares of Total Telcom Inc. on or before the record\n date of November 5, 2010 and did not receive a return of capital\n payment because the share settlement date was past the record date is\n entitled to receive an $0.08 per share return of capital payment.
