(TSX Venture: TTZ) announced today that it's wholly owned subsidiary ROM Communications\n Inc. has completed a Military contract to upgrade 65 bases across North\n America with ROM's proprietary utility monitoring system.\n\n\nNeil Magrath, CEO, of Total Telcom states: "We are pleased to have been\n chosen to design, supply and install a multi-utility monitoring system\n to help Government operated facilities comply with National Operational\n Guidelines." Magrath further stated, "ROM has received a letter of\n commendation regarding both the execution of this project and\n performance of the systems.
