("Total Telcom" or the "Corporation") announced today\n that ISS Canada, Canada's leading independent proxy firm and an\n affiliate of Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. ("ISS"), has\n recommended that Total Telcom shareholders vote FOR the slate of\n management nominees in a proxy contest.\n\n\n"We are very pleased that, after an independent and comprehensive\n review, ISS has recommended that a vote FOR management's nominated\n Directors is warranted" said Neil Magrath, CEO and Chairman of Total\n Telcom.\n\n\nISS RECOMMENDS A VOTE FOR MANAGEMENT NOMINEES\n\n\nISS closely analyzed both management's and the dissident's slate of\n nominees.
