(“\n \n\n Total\n \n\n Metals\n \n\n ” or\nthe “\n \n\n Company\n \n\n ”) (\n \n\n TSX-V:\nTT\n \n\n ) (\n \n\n OTCQB\n \n\n :\n \n\n TTTMF\n \n\n ) (\n \n\n FSE\n \n\n :\n \n\n O4N\n \n\n )\n \n\n is pleased to\nannounce the filing of a technical report (“Technical Report”)\nprepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101\n–\n \n\n Standards of Disclosure\nfor Mineral Projects\n \n\n (“NI 43-101”) and\nindependently prepared by English River Geoscience Ltd. for the 100%\nowned High Lake – West Hawk Lake Project (“Project”). The\nTechnical Report was completed and filed to satisfy an undertaking\nwith the TSX Venture Exchange to file a technical report in compliance\nwith NI 43-101 in respect of the Project within 45 days of the Project\nacquisition closing date.
