[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n23 June 2025\n \nTortilla Mexican Grill plc\n(\"Tortilla\" or the \"Company\")\nGrant of awards to Directors/PDMRs under\nthe Tortilla Mexican Grill plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2021\n \nTortilla Mexican Grill plc, the largest and most successful fast-casual Mexican restaurant group in the UK, announces the grant of nil cost options (\"Nil Cost Options\") over ordinary shares of the Company to directors under the Tortilla Mexican Grill plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2021 (\"LTIP\").\nUnder the LTIP a limited number of eligible employees have been granted Nil Cost Options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company of £0.01 each (\"Shares\"), subject to continued employment and satisfaction of stretching performance targets.
