Since 2005,\nMr. Beauchemin has been the Chief Executive at RGB Global Management\nConsulting, a firm providing senior management advisory services to Boards of\nDirectors, Presidents and Chief Executive Officers. Previously, Mr. Beauchemin\nwas President and Chief Executive of Polyplan Technologies, a Manufacturing\nProcess Management (MPM) software developer. Mr. Beauchemin has also held\nsenior leadership positions including President and CEO of CNC Global - a\nNorth American Information Technology contract consulting and staffing\ncompany, Vice-President and General Manager of J.D. Edwards as well as\nPresident of SAP Canada - both global leaders in enterprise application\nsoftware.\n\n\nDuring the AGM, shareholders elected seven directors to the Company's\nBoard, now comprised of Norbert Dawalibi, Cal Haverstock, Howard Johnson,\nGeorge C.
