Sirit schedules release of second quarter results

TORONTO, July 19 /CNW/ - Sirit Inc. (TSX: SI), a leading provider of
radio frequency identification (RFID) reader technology, announced that it
intends to release its fiscal 2005 second quarter financial results on
August 11, 2005.
Norbert Dawalibi, President and CEO and Anastasia Chodarcewicz, CFO, will
then review Sirit's financial results and provide an update on the Company's
operations and strategy in a conference call Webcast which will be scheduled
to follow the release of the results. The Webcast will be accessible from
Sirit's Web site (www.sirit.com).
Sirit's President and CEO, Norbert Dawalibi, has advised that he remains
committed to purchasing Sirit stock. Subsequent to the initial announcement of
his intent to purchase, Mr. Dawalibi was prohibited under the Company's
insider trading policy from executing the trade during the anticipated first
thirty days of his employment with the Company. Any further purchases are
expected to take place as appropriate within the regulatory guidelines.
