("Sirit") (TSX: SI), a leading\nprovider of radio frequency identification ("RFID") technology, announced\ntoday that Component Distributors, Inc., a high-tech electronics distributor\nbased in Denver, Colorado, has signed an extended distributor agreement with\nSirit to carry its full line of INfinity RFID reader modules throughout the\nUnited States, Canada and Mexico.\n\n\nCDI officially launched their support of Sirit's INfinity product line\nwith an eWave campaign, CDI's monthly publication serving more than 10,000\nengineers spanning wireless, microwave and RF, in March. In addition to\nproviding rapid order fulfillment capabilities through its online portal,\nhttp://www.cdiweb.com/sirit, CDI will offer application engineering support to\nassist new OEM customers integrate Sirit's line of low frequency (LF), high\nfrequency (HF) and ultra high frequency (UHF) INfinity RFID reader\ncapabilities into their products and solutions.\n\n\n"Sirit has benefited from its distribution agreement with CDI who have\nproven to be a strong extension of our own in-house sales and support team -\nhaving carried the Plug-n-Play line of HF readers for several months,"\ncommented Tony Sabetti, Vice President, RF Solutions, Sirit Inc.
