BATA expects to begin retail distribution of\ntransponders in late August or early September 2006.\n\"We are working to increase the use of electronic toll collection in the\nBay Area,\" commented Linda Lee, FasTrak(R) Project Manager for BATA. \"Sirit\ncontinues to be a partner in that effort. Of these,\napproximately 42% currently use a FasTrak(R) toll transponder during the peak\ncommute period and our goal is to increase that usage rate to approximately\n60% to 70% over the next one to two years by making improvements to the\nsystem.\"\n\"Our win underscores our reputation in California as the supplier of\nchoice for tolling technology,\" commented John Freund, Vice President,\nAutomatic Vehicle Identification, Sirit Inc. \"We are proud that we continue to\nenjoy a strong relationship with our customers through our focus on reliable\nproduct delivery and performance, advanced open architecture tag technology\nand above all else - exceptional customer service.\"\n\nAbout Sirit Inc.\nSirit Inc.
