[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0023Y Topps Tiles PLC 30 November 2017 \n\nTopps Tiles Plc (the \"Company\")\nNotification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (\"PDMRs\")\nand\nTotal Voting Rights\nPDMR Transaction\nThe Company has received notice that, on 28 November 2017, a PDMR, Richard Carter, exercised nil-cost share options in respect of 359,719 ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") in accordance with the rules of the under the Topps Tiles 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan (the \"Exercise\"). \nFollowing the Exercise, the Company received notice that Richard Carter had sold 169,407 Ordinary Shares.\nTotal Voting Rights\nTo satisfy the Exercise, The Topps Tiles Employee Benefit Trust (the \"EBT\") was requested to transfer 359,719 Ordinary Shares. Following this transfer the EBT now holds 3,698,776 Ordinary Shares and has waived its right to exercise its voting rights and to receive dividends in respect of the 3,678,776 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 192,788,522.
