[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1952D Topps Tiles PLC 27 November 2009 \n \n \n\nTopps Tiles plc\n\nADMISSION OF PLACING SHARES\n\nFurther to the announcement of a placing to raise approximately £15.4 million on 24 November 2009 (the \"Placing\"), Topps Tiles plc (\"Topps Tiles\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to confirm the admission of 17,109,302 new ordinary shares (the \"Placing Shares\") to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc earlier today. \nAs part of the Placing, certain Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (\"PDMRs\") of the Company have subscribed for Placing Shares.
