(Nasdaq: TNXP) (Tonix or the Company), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced an agreement whereby Tonix will acquire the migraine and pain treatment technologies of Trigemina, Inc., and will assume the license for some of the technologies from Stanford University.
