A number of companies of which Mr Komlosy was a director were placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation: SAK Investments Limited - ('SAK Investments') was the subject of a creditors voluntary liquidation, with liquidators being appointed on 19 April 1993. The deficit as regards creditors, after realisation of assets and returns to creditors, was £59,988. SAK Property Management Limited - ('SAK Property Management') was the subject of a creditors' voluntary liquidation, with liquidators being appointed on 8 September 1994. The estimated deficiency as regards creditors as at the date of appointment of the liquidators was £19,222. SAK Property Management was formally dissolved on 20 October 1995 with no returns to creditors. Pebco Limited ('Pebco') was the subject of a creditors' voluntary liquidation with liquidators being appointed on 21 May 1993. The estimated deficiency as regards creditors as at the date of appointment of the liquidators was £ 186,590, of which £150,000 related to a loan by SAK Investments to Pebco was formally dissolved on 11 April 1994 with no returns to creditors. In addition, Mr Komlosey was a director of the following companies at the time of their liquidation. Trichord Leisure Limited - ('Trichord') was the subject of a creditors' voluntary liquidation, with liquidators being appointed on 2 November 1988. The estimated deficiency as regards creditors as at the date of appointment of the liquidators was £717,730. Trichord was formally dissolved on 9 May 1993 and in the final statement of receipts and payments filed by the liquidators with the Registrar of Companies, return to preferential creditors was stated to be 14.95 pence in the pound. Robert Stigwood Associates Limited - ('RSA') was the subject of a creditors' voluntary liquidation. Robert Stigwood Associates Limited was formally dissolved in 1975 and all the records relating to this company held by the Registrar of Companies have been destroyed. Consequently it is not possible to provide the estimated deficiency as regards creditors as at the date of appointment of the liquidators or the returns to creditors.
