[{"type":"text","content":"\n TomCo Energy PLC\n28 March 2008\n\n\n TomCo Energy plc\n ('TomCo' or 'the Company')\n\n Placing of Equity\n\n\nTomCo (AIM:TOM) is pleased to announce the additional placing of 13,333,333 new\nordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ('Placing Shares') at a price of\n1.5p per share, to raise £200,000 (before expenses); each two new ordinary\nshares placed have warrants attached to subscribe for new ordinary shares on the\nterms set out below:\n\n Strike price Term\n 1 2.5p 13 months\n 2 5.0p 13 months from the date of exercise of the first warrant\n\nApplication will today be made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading\non AIM. Admission is expected to become effective and dealings in the Placing\nShares commence on 3 April 2008. Following the issue of the Placing Shares the\nCompany's issued share capital will consist of 524,250,973 ordinary shares with\nvoting rights.\n\nThe aforementioned placing follows on from the previous placing of 67,066,666\nnew ordinary shares, on the same terms, announced on 19 March 2008 which raised\n£1m (before expenses).
