[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0766A TomCo Energy PLC 02 June 2016 \n\n2 June 2016\nTomCo Energy plc (\"TomCo\" or the \"Company\")\nChange to Nominal Share Value\n \nTomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the oil mining company (the \"Company\") announces that further to its announcement on 12 May 2016, the Company passed a resolution revoking any and all authorisations, restrictions or denominations previously made by way of resolutions of the Company in respect of the par value of the Ordinary Shares and redenominated the par value of the Ordinary Shares in issue from 0.5 pence per share to no par value per share. \nIn accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that its total issued share capital at 2 June 2016 comprises 2,072,455,744 ordinary shares of no par value, all of which carry one voting right per share.
