Netcentric Systems PLC 29 March 2001 Netcentric Systems Plc ('the Company') The Company wishes to note an error contained in the directors' report within the Company's Annual Report and Accounts in relation to the year ended 30 September 2000. The error relates to the number of deferred shares Mr R C E Williams may be entitled to under the agreement to acquire Netcentric Systems Limited. The number of deferred shares Mr Williams may be entitled to should read 5,940,594 and not 990,099 as stated in the directors' report. The position with regard to deferred shares is correctly stated in note 13 within the accounts of the Company for the year ended 30 September 2000.
