[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 7568P TomCo Energy PLC 30 March 2009 \n \nTomCo Energy plc\n('TomCo' or the 'Company')\n\nAnnual Accounts / Suspension\n\n\nThe board of TomCo announces that the Company will not be able to publish its annual audited accounts (the 'Accounts'), for the year ended 30 September 2008, by 31 March 2009 and will therefore not be able to comply with Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the 'AIM Rules'). \n\nUnder the AIM Rules, a company that does not publish its Accounts within six months of its year end will have its shares automatically suspended from trading on AIM.
