Under the terms of the new license agreement, wholly-owned subsidiary 3CL Pharma USA, Inc. (3CL Pharma) licensed rights for the manufacture and distribution of Tollovid, Tollovir and TolloTest in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Ghana and the Caribbean (the “Territories”).
